Perez is the guy I was going to select when this was a draft pick trade anyway, so Phil and I just made the trade for the player instead of the pick.

This trade should have been reviewed and approved back prior to Jan 11. Previous owner did not post comments until 11 days after the player had been assigned to his team because time ran out. Then by that time many other deals had been posted and this one got shuffled down and hadn't been approved yet. The trade was posted on January 9th, the day after the player had been assigned.
I'm approving this deal retroactive to January 18 when previous owner accepted above.
