Please post here any free agent you're placing a Franchise Tag on to retain at $15M per year. You may Franchise Tag a player for an additional 1 to 5 years. When doing so please specify the number of years you're keeping that player.
You may trade a player after using your Franchise Tag on him. Our league rules do not allow you to trade a free agent and have the new team place a Franchise Tag on that player.

$15M per season is the rule. There is no wavering from that for Franchise Tags. It must be $15M each season. Melancon contract if he's going to be a Franchise Tag will be 17: $15M, 18: $15M.
