I'd like to propose that we do away with the 20 pitching appearances and keep it simple with 130 AB for hitters and 50 IP for pitchers. This would also give our teams a bit more flexibility in keeping players in our farm longer if needed. This would be effective now, going into the 2017 season.

As with previous Diamond Duos polls we need to see a 2/3 majority (at least 10 out of 15) in order for a proposed change to pass.

This proposal passes with 10 yes votes already. Moving forward, and I will update the Constitution, players are Minors eligible if under 130 AB and 50 IP in the Majors.

We will not use the 20 pitching appearances anymore.
