A few corrections here:
-Dustin Ackley was in final year of arbitration and therefore can be released as a non-tender with no penalty.
-JP Howell can be released for a 25% penalty so he will have a cap hit of $0.125M in 2017.

Alex Guerrero and Jacob Turner were actually released during the 2016 season by previous owner of LA Mariners(His roster page was not kept up to date very well). Guerrero's contract should have been $5M for 2017 and therefore has a 25% cap hit of $1.25M for 2017 only. Jacob Turner had a salary of $1.2M in 2017 and $1.4M in 2018 so he has a 25% cap hit of $0.3M and $0.4M respectively.
