Brandon Morrow = $750k for 2016 and $375k for 2017
Outright Kyle Parker to the minors

With 132 AB total I still think he's a prospect, correct?

It's what his contract was going into this season. $500K. I just looked.
He had 132 ABs going into the season which made him ineligible to be Minors because 130 AB is the threshold. That's why you had to promote him to retain him if you wanted him going into the season.
His contract should now read: 16-19: $0.5M. Since he's on a rookie contract now you're able to non-tender him before any of the next 3 seasons at no penalty. But if you release him during this year you're on the hook for 50%. If you release him during any year 2017-2019 you're on the hook for 25% that year but nothing moving forward.

Yes, you'd have to outright him, placing him on waivers, and if he clears then he goes to your minors. He can't just be assigned to minors.
At this point we're past the 48 hours since your original post and nobody's submitted any request to claim him, so move him to your minors. His $500K salary still sticks.
