Offer came in after 9am EST. More than 12 hours had passed since Free Agency opened. Philadelphia's offer is invalid. Street will be offered to Cincinnati Angels at his real life MLB salary.

More than 12 hours have passed and Street has received no valid offers. He is offered back to Cincinnati Angels at his real-life MLB salary.
16:$8M, 17:$9M, 18:$10M club option ($1M buyout)
Cincinnati Angels now has 48 hours (deadline 9:00am EST 2/25) to accept this contract or Street will become an Unrestricted Free Agent.

We've opened these players who did not receive offers back up for another 12 hours. Deadline to make submit an offer is 2am EST tonight (2/24) or previous owner will accept or decline real-life MLB salary/contract.
This initial 12 hour rule with previous owner getting opportunity to accept real-life MLB salary/contract is actually not in the Constitution but should be. It's how we've addressed this issue in Diamond Duos for the last 2 years of RFA and it works well. I will update the Constitution so we're all on the same page for 2017. It will be 12 hours.

Baltimore's offer is invalid. $6-$10M AAS requires a minimum 2 year offer. Philly's 1 yr, $5M offer still stands.

12 hours passed as of 2:19am EST and Philadelphia has the valid high offer of 1 yr, $5M (AAS $5M) for Street. Cincinnati Angels has 48 hours from now (deadline 4:10pm EST 2/26) to match.
I'm going to assume that he does since he previously accepted the real-life MLB contract before we opened the thread up again, but this is only 1 year as opposed to 2 with a 3rd year option. Let us know what you want to do Troy.
