Ok, tons of emails and bartering but finally got it done. To the other 2 owners please make sure you post why and make sure salaries are correct.
Col/Det sends Miguel Cabrera 16: $28m 17:$28m 18:$30m 19: $30m 20: $30m 21: $30m 22: $32m 23: $32m 24: $30m co ($8m buyout)
to SD/BOS
SD/BOS sends it's 2nd round 2016 MiL draft pick and Dustin Pedroia to NY/KC and also sends Ben Revere to Col/Det 16:$2M, 17:$3M
NY/KC sends to Col/Det Lucas Duda 16: $5.3m, 17: $6.3m and Zack Wheeler 16:$500K|17:$1M|18:$2M|19:$3M
I think this is good to go other than Revere salary.
I made this trade basically the same as the others. To shed big contracts and allow me to remake this team. By getting Duda it replaces some of the power of Miggy and I get two youngsters in Revere and Wheeler help me in other areas.

I confirm. I believe Miggy fits perfectly into my cog of elite guys who can help me win this year and with all of the other moves I have made if I was not all in then I wouldn't be true to my plan to try to compete now. Plus I managed to get Miggy without further depleting my already barren farm system.

Made this move because I desperately needed some 2B help and Pedroia is one of the best in the business. I have enough help at the 1B position where getting rid of Duda can be replaces and I alreadt have enough pitching where I felt comfortable moving Wheeler

SD/BOS currently has three 2nd round Minors draft picks (according to the draft order that's posted). Before anyone can approve this deal that pick has to be specified. Which one are we moving?

Before I can approve this deal, all team's salaries need to be checked. You're only allowed to be $10M over cap during the offseason, which is $185M MAX.
Two owners pointed out to me that this deal likely puts San Diego over $185M if he's bringing on Cabrera (following the Cano deal).
Deal is not official yet.

Scott, SD is going to add Anibal Sanchez 16: $8m in the deal coming to Col/Det for CAP purposes.

Yes he can. If a new team wants to RFA Pedroia they're able to do that. Of course there's no guarantee anyone ever retains an RFA because highest offer has to be matched. What you're referring to is that a Franchise Tag has to be applied to a player BEFORE a deal.
This 3-team deal is not happening though. Thread will be locked. Issues with SD Red Sox salary cap wouldn't allow the trade to happen. Also Anibal Sanchez has already been dealt in another trade.
