Amendments to the Constitution

If/when we have rules changes and need to modify/update the Constitution, we'll post the new amendment here, AND it will be added into the actual League Constitution as well.

Rule changes/amendments will not be posted here until the League has voted to pass the rule change.

Adding an amendment to our Constitution. I've already communicated this to the league toward the end of the 2015 season. All trades will now need to have comments and reasoning from both owners in addition to simply posting agreement. This will help the Commissioner's or Co-Commissioners' trade review process. I want to keep the open trading feel of the league but at the same time make sure we're always keeping the league's best interest in mind with all trades, whether it's helping an owner make a run to finish at the top, an owner looking to completely rebuild for the future without mortgaging the farm so to speak, or an owner that's trying to do both.

I am posting a poll and need all owners to vote for posterity, even though I will be adding an amendment to our Constitution to make this official moving forward as of now.
