I will be adding an amendment to our Constitution. I've already communicated this to the league toward the end of the 2015 season.
All trades will now need to have comments and reasoning from both owners in addition to simply posting agreement.
This will help the Commissioner's or Co-Commissioners' trade review process. I want to keep the open trading feel of the league but at the same time make sure we're always keeping the league's best interest in mind with all trades, whether it's helping an owner make a run to finish at the top, an owner looking to completely rebuild for the future without mortgaging the farm so to speak, or an owner that's trying to do both.
Please vote on this ASAP. Thanks! Scott

2017 Proposed Trade the Los Angeles Mariners have agreed to send Yasiel Puig and Mike Zunino to the San Diego Red Sox for minor league prospect Alex Verdugo. The reason Anthony and I agreed to make this trade was that after we reviewed our team we just took over we felt we had some rebuilding of the minor leagues to address. In order to compete this year, and compete in the future we want to have future prospects to build off of. We spoke to several teams who were interested in Puig but decided to make the move to obtain Alex Verdugo. Alex is the third highest ranked minor league player in the LaD. organization. He is currently ranked #45/100 on mlb top 100. We feel we obtained a prospect that can help our club in the future. Go La. Mariners...........

Mike, There is a folder on this site to post you trades. I would copy and paste this trade there. Welcome to the league. The offseason is a lot of fun.
