Spencer Steer, IF - CIN

Pirates send:
Matt Chapman, 3B - TOR

Reasoning: I love both Steer and Tresh. Both have solid potential at the MLB level. But having a chance to control Chapman for the next 2-7 years is something I couldn't pass up. I believe he is bound for a big year, and hope this works out for both teams!
