The Cincinnati Angels give: Jordan Walker 3B/OF STL (prospect), '24 4th Round Draft Pick, '24 12th Round Draft Pick
Rationale: This was about acquiring my #1 target in Jordan Walker, even at a very high price. Chad drove a very hard bargain, but I still feel that I prefer getting behind the middle-order profile and nearness of Walker for these pieces that are further away. I've followed the Cardinals for years and I've never seen them treat a prospect (despite all of their success) as they have Walker and I believe he is something special. It is hard to give up such a haul, but it's going to be a fun risk to watch play out. Thanks and good luck to Chad and the Cincy Angels.
