Commish Emeritus (Scott): Should a 1 year, $10M deal beat a 4 year, $36M (AAS $9M) deal? Maybe, maybe not. But how are we to change things to keep it simple and make it less work for the Commish office? As it is we're constantly monitoring offers, invalidities, etc.
