01/12/2015 - Pirates sign 1B Joe Mauer to a 2 year $10M contract. 2015: $3M, 2016: $7M.
01/13/2015 - Pirates sign 1B Justin Morneau to a 1 year $5M contract, SP CJ WIlson to a 1 year $3M contract, and SP Matt Garza to a 1 year $2.25M contract.
01/16/2015 - Pirates sign P Mark Buehrle to a 1 year $0.75M contract & C's AJ Pierzynski and Tony Sanchez to a 1 year $0.5M contract each.
01/24/2015 - Pirates trade Stephen Tarpley and the 3rd pick of the 1st round to Miami for the #1 overall pick in the 2015 mini minors draft.
02/21/2015 - Pirates sign Eric Young, Jr. and Charlie Furbush to 1 year $0.5M contracts.
