The Phila. Rangers waive the following players to the minors:

1) Joe McCarthy - OF - Tampa Bay - 2019: 0 - ( One time freebie before player hits 130 AB's)
2) Sean Murphy - C - A's - 2019: 0 - ( One time freebie before player hits 130 AB's)
3) Nick Senzel - OF - Reds - 2019: 0 - ( One time freebie before player hits 130 AB's)
4) Nick Williams - OF - Phillies - 2019-2021( 500K)
5) Roman Quinn - OF - Phillies - 2019-2022( 500K)

They are not eligible to be claimed. Williams and Quinn may be claimed by other teams who will assume their salaries.
