Oakland Cubs trade: Joey Wendle 19:$0.5M, 20:$0.5M, 21:$0.5M, 22:$0.5M
Kyle Schwarber 19:$0.5M
Carl Edwards 19:$0.5M, 20:$0.5M, 21:$0.5M
Cincinnati Angels trade: Harrison Bader 19:$0.5M, 20:$0.5M, 21:$0.5M, 22:$0.5M
Matt Barnes 19:$0.5M
Reasoning: I wanted to improve my RF slot by trading away one of my many LF's so Bader for Schwarber helps me there and Wendle became more expendable with my signings of Segura and Chris Taylor. Edwards has plenty of promise, but I like Barnes for this year, as he should at least help my bullpen get a good amount of holds.

Confirming Reason: I've been trying to improve my overall roster of IF/OF and this helps me out. It was HARD to give up Bader, but Wendle provides a great infield addition and hopefully will provide some extra steals! Edwards for Barnes was pretty even, but in the end the extra two years of control tilted the decision. And Schwarber was the icing on the cake, with his versatility and power. I think we both walk away from this with what we wanted and without any real impact to salary structures. Thanks for the deal, Mitchell!
