7th Round Rookie Pick

Reasoning: The addition of Cruz made me more open to moving Puig. I like both Winker and Rodgers and felt the deal made sense for my team.

Confirmed. I went back and forth with Rusty on trying to get Puig. I need players to contribute immediately in the outfield roles and think Puig is going to have a good 2019. Giving up a couple of guys for him, and then trading a later pick for a couple prospects adds value.

Commish approved and processed. Reminder for Dennis that Puig will be RFA'd as one of his tags, not one of Rusty's. And a player cannot be traded and then Franchised, so the 15M is just a complete guess. The amount will be fully up to bidding.
