SP Marco Estrada, 2018 $1.0m, 2019 $1.0m-responsible for $500k for 2018 and $250k for 2019

2B Kolton Wong, 2018 $2.0m, 2019 $3.0m-responsible for $1.0m for 2018 and $750k for 2019

Sabathia and Cabrera were signed in 2018 so 50% cap hit is $250k and $2M, respectively.
Wong is still under original pre-arbitration contract, so penalty is 25%($500k) for this year and nothing for next year
