Agree. I get a couple of solid performers who have even more upside. I'm hoping for Snell's late season breakout to roll over into a strong full year. As far as the prospects, there's the potential for Sanchez to turn into a star. If he does, I'll probably regret this deal. That's how prospect trading goes though, and it's a risk I am willing to take to continue hanging banners.

Probably because it was so obvious to us. This started as a trade for Yelich. I received 3 unsolicited queries about a Yelich trade in a 36-hour period. I asked all bidders to meet certain criteria (3 prospects) and this trade grew out of that. I wanted six prospects for another blockbuster trade (which is on hold) and have a plan to replace Yelich and Snell. I’m playing for this year and the future, I was sorry to benefit the champ, but think this is a good trade for both.

Yea, sorry I thought the same. Yelich is the big get here and where the trade started (as Michael mentioned). Getting a solid across the board contributor of his ilk is big for me to continue my run.
