$40 Fantasy Baseball Deep Dynasty League Needs Active Owners

I just took over as Commissioner of this league and my first order of business is to get this league filled. I'm hoping to find owners who are committed to being active and have a competitive edge to them. This league is a point based league with multiple matchups a week instead of the traditional one matchup. We currently have two open ownership slots but that could increase in the coming days or weeks. There are 50 man minor league rosters so it's safe to say that this is a fairly deep format. Our draft is currently going to be held in probably the second week of February but that date is still to be finalized. The entry fee for the league is $40 and the payment deadline is on January 27th as it currently stands so any potential owners will have plenty of time to pay. I will allow owners to get their feet wet and talk trades with other owners before they're paid and they can even agree to trades but I won't finalize any trades until both parties in a trade are all paid up in order to protect the integrity of the league. The open teams have their up's and their downs but overall I think that each and every team has some very good things going for it and with the right owner most of them should be able to compete with the right moves. As for our scoring system I believe that we have a good setting in place and I have tried my hardest to balance it out between hitters and pitching so that hitters don't have the clear advantage in value that you often see in Fantasy baseball leagues.
